TABLE I lists the measures of productivity of INCTTOX, instituted and based on diverse parameters that we consider logical and applicable to the Program and the established goals; it should be emphasized that the Subprograms Actions in Amazonia, Actions in Health [which include Dissemination, Education, Production] and, partly, Biodiversity and Evolution, include important values, very often impossible to measure according to all the indicators and to evaluate in a short time, but of major impact for society, for knowledge and for training. With respect to the last aspect, the student courses at their different levels are described in TABLE II.

Of the Masters and Doctorates, 5 and 2 fellowships, respectively, were obtained with the effective participation of CAPES. There was one student with a SWE fellowship. From CNPq, INCTTOX utilized the fellowships: IC = 12; Technical Support [AT] AT-NS = 9; AT-NM = 1; Technologycal Development [DT] DTI-1 = 2; DTI-2 = 1; DTI-3 = 2; Pos-Doctorate [PD] PDJ = 6.
